• Register Your Kit: Scan the QR code in the box and follow the instructions on app.ivclub.com.
• Collect Your Sample:

1. (Optional) Rinse your mouth with water and wait 30 minutes.
2. Avoid eating, drinking, brushing teeth, smoking, or chewing gum 30 minutes before.
3. Remove the swab from the sterile container.
4. Rub and rotate the swab inside each cheek, 10-15 times per side.
5. Submerge the swab in the preservative liquid and break off the stick at the perforation.
6. Register Your Kit: Record the number on the vial and box.
7. Take a picture of the number for reference.
8. Place the vial in the prepaid shipping package and mail it.
