Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at iv&co. We are committed to delivering your orders accurately and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing

  • All orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer standard shipping within the United States, with expedited shipping options available for an additional fee.
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination address and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders exceeding a specified value, as indicated during checkout.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • iv&co is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your orders on time, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. We will notify you promptly if any delays affect your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • iv&co is not liable for products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues. iv&co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please email us as soon as possible at julia.hopes@ivclub.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered the shipping process.

Order Cancellation

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been processed and/or shipped, a 15% cancellation fee will be assessed to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

  • We may update our shipping policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
