Shopify Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at the iv&co, PLCC Online Store. We strive to provide you with the highest quality products and exceptional customer service. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products. To be eligible, you must provide proof of damage or incorrect product.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect products on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of damage or incorrect product.
  • Refunds must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 days upon receiving proof of receipt and will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used for the original purchase.
  • Please note that while we process refunds immediately upon approval, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 30 days, please contact your bank or credit card company.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Certain products, such as personal care items, safety equipment, and customized items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RA#): Email us at julia.hopes@ivclub.com with a detailed reason for the return or exchange and include pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.
  2. Receive Instructions: Upon approval, you will receive an RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Please use a trackable mail service to return your product. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
